Construction:

Our construction division is responsible for new construction, renovations, and remodels of most any size, serving residential and commercial markets in the Washington, DC area. During every construction project, we are careful to utilize products and practices that maximize indoor air quality, incorporate regional, sustainable, and recycled materials, and reduce long-term energy usage and costs.

Construction services include:

* General Contracting -New construction and renovation for residences and commercial interiors

* Construction Design and Materials Assessment- Thoughtful review of project layout and materials that meet budget and environmental goals

* Conceptual Construction Planning, Including Cost Estimating-A critical element of the construction process is pre-construction. The goal is to develop a budget and minimize risks associated with change orders, permitting, and project-specific "unknowns".
